i got a phone call from dell CSR today n they left a voicemail saying my laptop is going into production today and will ship out in the next few days.. he also said they would put a $150 off coupon for compensation sweeet

I talked to one of those Indian customer service reps and I asked her if there was any compensation for the wait times. She said she'll throw in a carrying case and a BT mouse. Better than nothing, right?
