1520 Ruby Red Waiting Room

Who else is waiting for one? I still have no delays and have been told 3 times that It wont be delayed. But im not getting my hopes up.

Well this is really old. Ive been delayed 2 times since I wrote this.

Emailed this morning that mine is delayed till August 28 Told by phone this afternnon that there is a backorder of the ruby red covers.

Im waiting. I ordered the 31st and the ESD is Aug. 28th. I start school a week before that....... But oh well, I just hope it some how makes it through the mess before the ESD.

It almost seems like random orders are being shipped while those who have waited since june are getting screwed. I just hope Im one of those random lucky people.

I wonder if they make the computers on weekends too...I would think.

Online ordered July 24th, made a quick change from Blue to Red finish and larger hard drive. Checked the status and it's been shipped! It's at the Purolator sorting plant in Toronto and it'll be here Monday the 13th, right on time!

Thanks! I noticed that our order and est. ship dates were close, I was looking to see if anyone was around the same time. It's just seems weird how some can get them in 2 weeks and others get them in 4 or more? Luck of the draw I guess!
