cancelling orders?
I recently ordered a dell laptop, but i did not know that someone in my family had actually bought me one as a gift. How do i cancel an order from dell?

Aaah that sucks. I'm not sure exactly how but i'd definitely try calling them.

In my delay email from dell, it said
"Important things to know:
No action is required to proceed with the revised estimated ship date; however, if you do not wish to wait, you may cancel your order by emailing us at US_Dell_Notify@dell.com or by calling 1-877-868-3355. "
So if you are in the US, just call that #. Or email them at that address.My Inspiron 1520:

Just call the CSR number 1-800-695-8133 for EPP orders. I dunno about home or small biz.
