Question abotu viewing dell build stages

My vostro 1400 is in production but somehow u guys know when its being boxed or built. is there a way to see a more detailed level of what stage its currently at?

Basically, you call and they tell you its in build, boxing, etc
Mine has been in build since the 11th. Boxing means that it'll ship soon.
Build tells you nothing
The number is 1800 433 9014 (yes, I have it memorized)

Not to rub it in.. But i ordered my laptop (1520) 2 days ago.. and its in Boxing

I call that number, and when I punch in my status number, it says it shipped in 1998????

Yeah, that might make a difference. I heard in canada that you have to call and talk to a dell rep. Check canada's dell site for a phone number.
