    it's a driver issue.

But I fixed it by removing 0.98v and replaced it with the 3D voltage. So it can never be higher

So I actually fixed the driver issue for you guys

    EG:

    2D: 0.83v
    low power: 0.83v
    3D: 0.95v

    voltage table:
    id1: 0.83v
    id2: 0.95v
    id3: 0.95v
    id4: 0.95v

I hope I fixed the problem.

firstly thanx for your good job then
    my laptop dell inspirion n 5110 i7 2630 gt 525
i cant overclock while using 0.95 version because of heat issue i make the clock 700 and game working good while heat goes to 91 ..
i tried other version 0.85 0.90 and game keep suturing
now i`m using 0.83v for better temp but with no overclock because game stopped when i do that,
i suggest to make 0.86 bios may be it goes well , or to fix 0.85v
    thank u

Well, I have my dell inspiron n5110, i7, 8gb ram (peacock blue), gt 525m, for about 2 months. I have to mention that i use it for video editing and a little bit of gaming. I know that is normal in rendering, the gpu to get hotter, but when i play a game like fifa 12 on low it stays very hot, and blows out much hot air. Please provide me a solution to reduce the heat generated. I have already used Msi Afterburner and Nvidia Inspector, but there were not any great result, and also reduce the usage of cpu, to prevent using turbo boost. If there is a solution to reduce temperatures tell me. I want to keep the temps at around 60-70 C in gaming, or lower if it is possible.
I have to mention that i have upgraded bios to A10.

best way is disabling turbo boost.google it.
    dell inspiron n5110--------> i5 2450m - 4gb ram - 750gb 7200rpm hdd - 1gb 525m gpu - corseca bluetooth headset

As i said i disabled turbo boost, by setting cpu maximum state lower than 100, but i need something to make the gpu (gt525m) cooler (lower temperatures in games).

You have to set it to 99%

Another solution could be to disable Hyperthreading and leave turbo boost on.

    Solutions:
    - Use undervolted GPU BIOS
    - Disable hyperthreading
    - Disable turboboost

These are the only I know off.

Another solution is to replace thermal paste. But again there you have the risk of breaking something while opening your laptop.

But you can have a professional replace it.

I have to note that the driver bug is still present. At least it's not overvolting anymore. So the issue of overvolting is fixed.

Thank you for your fast reply.

Could you provide me the link for the undervolted bios of gpu(i mean the safest and the most cooler one)?

I dont want to change things in laptop yet (phisically talking, i have it just for 2 months now).(About thermal paste - i think Arctic Silver 5 is the best). I am also planning to buy a cooler pad in the future.
