    But no one answered my question, is it SAFE?

    Memory: 1000

    Don't go any further.

    The lines are called artifacts, either a sign of overheating or too much overclocking, so keep lowering the clocks until they stop.

    Hey these lines first appeared when the gpu was not overclocked and then when i used modded 555m rom and msi for overclocking,then game worked fine with real graphics and lines disappeared ,but after this a9 modded bios lines came back...

    That is weird...
    What i suggest is going back to the stock bios from the dell website a9 not undervolted, and overclocking with the default volts.
    Safest thing you can do.
