If you're running WinXP, You could try the bluetooth fix, which is designed for when 'downgrading' the computer from Vista to XP?

Okay.

Try this:
Shut down computer, disconnect the Bluetooth according to this: 510m, Bluetooth.
Reboot computer w/o the bluetooth attached.

When in Windows, take a look around to see if the drivers by some odd reason still register the BT as active. Either way, remove any BT-drivers from device manager. Reboot computer once more, w/o re-attaching the BT. -Just to make sure Windows are booting cleanly from any 'BT-leftovers'. My experience is that windows' behaviour regarding BT is quite finnicky and random.

After the bootup is done, shut down the computer once more and reattach the BT-module.

Hopefully, this will make the system find it in a 'normal' way, and the installment of the drivers will work well again.
