I have the msi gt780R (560M card) laptop, I was wondering if the chassis is compatible with the 570m or 580m card without the need of special modding?

It is totally compatible without any modding.

As he provides the heatsinks (and pads), the swap will be really easy to achieve for you, just taking out both your 560m and heatsink, fit your 570m in place, them a bit of high quality thermal paste (ICD or AS) and put the new heatsink over it and that's pretty much it

Need to sweep your old drivers and re-install them with the new card.

Job done.

Well it's just i have a couple of people deciding over the current price, but if they don't go for it I can keep you in mind.

This is one of the best clocking 570m cards out there with the heatsink (which is expensive to source, especially in the UK) so this is a very good deal as it is.
