The clock speeds that paladin44 came up with were after extensive testing he and his technicians did to make sure that the levels he reported to us were relatively safe to use.

Of course there is always a danger of damaging your GPU with overclocking, so do at your own risk, especially if you attempt to exceed the speeds he outlined for you.

Regardless of clockspeeds, this systems games just fine even at stock settings. If clockspeeds and benchmarks are more important than real-life usage, perhaps an Asus is a better fit for you.
