Re: BIOS Reset on IFL90
Yeah, as I said, I already tried it, indeed the compal procedure is slightly different, but still no go. I've also tried the procedure described in the IFL90 technical manual, which is again slightly different from the 2 others, but still no go.

Re: BIOS Reset on IFL90
Hmmm, sorry but that's the best I can do.
It seems so you must contact the vendor or the shop you bought the notebook from for further support."The one and only RePaRaQu"

Re: BIOS Reset on IFL90
make sure to follow the steps in the crisisbios with the same bios you tried to install.
try to make sure the USB-FDD is connect to the right side of the notebook.
The file you need to recover the bios, is the bios installed on you machine so not the newer version but the old version."The one and only RePaRaQu"

Re: BIOS Reset on IFL90
I had BIOS 1.10 before, and I tried to flash to BIOS 1.12.
Is 1.10 the BIOS embedded with the CrisisTools .imz image ?
One thing that is strange to me : my USB FD Drive is connected to the right side of the laptop, but when I follow the procedure, it never light up, the led never blink.
