Default IFT00 - preorder in the Netherlands

In the Netherlands, the IFT00 is available for preorder: http://www.laptops4u.nl/info/ift00-1...ntel-1456.html
    White! Pretty colour =)

Edit: There is a mistake on the site: the site says it has a 8400M GS, but on another line it says the IFT00 has a 8600M GS.

Computers in the Netherlands are always more expensive than in the USA ='(
Often the price in Euros is the same as the price in Dollars, even though a Euro is 1.3x the value of a Dollar... It's not fair... =(

I'm not completely sure of the definition of a barebone. If you mean: barebone is a laptop completely stripped down except for: case, screen, graphics card, It's not that.

The minimum configuration is a complete and working system. You can upgrade it, but you cannot buy it as a barebone like in the USA.

Is there anywhere we can buy it that ships to the U.S.... or better yet a an online store based in the U.S.

It looks like an extremely good deal.... 1000 Euros? Isn't that like roughly 800 dollars for that systme?

No, a euro is currently worth more than a dollar, so I think it's be like 1200+ US.

Maybe a couple years before Emperor Bush took the throne. Now, 1000 € is around 1 345.3 dollars (give or take a dollar).

Lol, you're waaay better off buying a laptop in the U.S. , the prices we pay here it's just not fair. Sometimes the difference is more then 200 euro, on a price of just 1200 dollar.. thats around 20 % btw, the site the topic starter referred to corrected it a few hours later, they got a bunch of emails about it ;-) too bad, buy i'm still gonna but it, suppose the 8400M GS is gonna run HL2 episode two/team fortress:source/portal, be it with a bit less AA
