New Averatec Models!
I just went to the Averatec website today and I just noticed that they have a few new models coming out are are already out. They range from ultra portable to complete multimedia units. They even introduced widescreen models! With their competative pricing and now more powerful models, Averatec will definately take some of the market share away from players like Dell, HP & Toshiba.

Nice find venombite, the 3200 has been out for about a month, the tablet and 6000 series looks very cool though. Newsworthy stuff, I'll post an article and acknowledge your tip off!

Don't think Averatec has released them yet.

I sent Averatec an email to find out which dealers in Canada sell the Averatec brand and when/if they will be carrying the 6100/6200 models. This was last week and I still haven't heard anything back from them yet. I guess they're not really interested in making a sale. I'm gonna email them again, and hopefully I'll get some kind of response back.
Update: I just received a response back from Averatec regarding the release of the new products in Canada. This is what they had to say.
"The 6100 will be released in early July and will be in Future Shop. Best Buy
should also be receiving it sometime soon.
The 6200 will be coming out in a couple months and will also be available at
Future Shop and Best Buy.
Biz Depot should also be receiving both sometime during the third quarter."
I guess I'll be keeping my eyes open for these models starting next month. [
