    Default What problems have you had with your U36???

    A new motherboard was replaced.

    Still arguing with ASUS about a hard-to-notice scratch in the bezel that I want replacing...

    Any stories...

    New LCD for me. The old screen had many dead pixels. One month for repair it...

    Just been reading some of the sticky threads... and yes the ASUS UK/EURO customer service is the worst I ever encountered.

    i had my touchpad replaced after i owned my u36sd after a week. I actually had pretty good service.

    They picked up my laptop from my house next day and i had it back in about a week. They payed for shipping both ways as well. I bought the notebook in the US, but had it serviced in Canada where i live.
