Sounds to me that o/c + crossfire take too much watts and the stock a/c adapter cannot supply enough, so it "shut down" to prevent damage.. or I got a broke one.. what do you guys think?
    Thanks for the feedback on crossfire. I think it's still best to always run games on single gpu configuration as most of us have always done since owning this laptop. I found it interesting with the last ATI drivers, that crossfire improved but I'm still running everything on single gpu, since it's still better for all of us.

    As far as temps go, I don't like to see them go near 80C. The highest I've seen so far with most of my gaming is around 74C, but most of the time it's between 66 and 72C on the most intense graphic games. My different gaming oc profiles are:
    B0 2.4ghz 1.225v P0 2ghz 0.9875v;
    B0 2.6ghz 1.2625v P0 2.2ghz 1.05v ;
    when not gaming or light gaming:
    B0 2.3ghz 1.2v P0 1.7ghz 0.9625 P1 1.5ghz 0.9375v

    Take a look at my settings I have so far.. looks like yours but I got higher temp with lower voltage.. seems like each computer is unique :O Maybe it was repasted with shiity cheap paste.. btw i'll start my cooling mods soon so temps shouldnt be a prob anymore.. i hope lol

    btw i want to know.. who's playing bf3 here? I'll add you as friend

    I HAVE NOT seen any great increases in temps using the "aftermarket" pastes over the stock paste. While my tests were not completely scientific, conditions for each test were the same.

    I've tested with:

    stock paste on stock clocks and OC/UV resulted in ~71-72C after several hours of gaming

    Antec Formula 7 on stock clocks and OC/UV resulted in ~68-69C after several hours of gaming

    Zalman STG1 on stock clocks and OC/UV resulted in 67-68C after several hours of gaming

    If i set it on top of an Antec cooling pad i can take 1-2C MAX if it's placed "just right" on the pad, otherwise there is no change in temps.

    Whenever I try gettings 0.9875v for 2ghz I of course have to change the ones below to be lower than that one but I'm not sure what to change them to. What did you do to achieve 0.9875v? Every test I try Prime95 has an issue when I try this setup, although if I have it higher than 0.9875v and don't change the ones below everything is fine (with the exception of changing P1 to 1.0000 and P0 to 1.0125)

    I really want that 0.9875v to work as I like keeping cool as possible

    Then you need to find the speed that works for you at 0.9875v. Every chip and configuration is different.

    No mods at all except for cleaning and reapplying thermal paste

    Do you guys get any significant/noticeable performance increases (framerate wise) in games by overclocking the gpu?

    the gpu itself won't show any difference. but both gpu and cpu yes. This is what I've noticed tho

    I'm actually surprised how LOW some of you guys are overclocked. My stock processor and my A8-3500M both have no issue doing 3.0/3.2 for hours on end with the GPU @ 700/1050. I have had the laptop apart about 7 times since I got it. It's fully repasted with Arctic Silver Céramique 2, still has the stock cooling with no additional mods.

    As far as the screen, I'm still waiting on the full HD LVDS cable to make its way for Europa. Once I have that, you'll more than likely see the first K53TA with a properly running 1080p internal LCD.
