    Default system preparation tool

I reinstalled Window XP to my W3V recently using the recovery discs provided.

After the installation, there is a system prepartion tool pops up every time I restart my computer. Does anyone know how to get rip of this tool or somehow make it so that it doesn't pop up at start up anymore?

    thanks

Thanks. After a few tries, I got it to work. Like you said, click on reseal, but need to make sure you check the box where it says don't create the SDI (or something like that). Problem solved.

But now I have another problem...

When I try to activate Window (the 30 days reminder thing), where you have to enter your product ID on the bottom of your laptop, it kept saying my product ID is invalid......

Its ok choose register or activate by telephone. Call MS they will give you an activation code by phone if you have trouble.
