    Default c90s video card

Been awhile since I checked... any new video cards coming for the c90s? The 40nm Nvidia mobile chips had me wondering... http://techreport.com/discussions.x/17067

None As far as I know. Asus has pretty much given up on the C90 series.

yeah. The only official card is the 8600M GT. You could try searching for a GeForce 9600M or 9650M GT or even better, an ATi Mobility 4650 or 4670, which are also MXM-II and see if those work.

Any hope for the 230M or 240M?

I was under the idea that the vid cards for the c90s wouldn't be proprietary. Sounds like I was duped.

    Extremely unlikely.

There were simply too many issues with the C90 series and I'm guessing not enough customer base to justify making a proprietary GPU and BIOS update for the C90.

I think the Geforce 9600M GT and Geforce 9650M GT are the best options you've got.

Hers a guide from one of the members of NBR who upgraded his C90S with a Geforce 9600M GT DDR3:
