    Default Vista Ultimate on V6Va

Running Vista Ultimate on my V6Va right now. Installation is pretty striaght forward, no error/BSOD/infinite boot anything(every stock including the stock BIOS).

The following devices' drivers are missing right after a clean installation:

And all can be downloaded from windows update:

And here is my stock V6Va WEI(all default MS Vista driver)

And 3d desktop runs really good(x700 should have enough beef)

    Sweetness!

I'm looking forward to getting Vista soon, but first I want to upgrade my RAM and HD

Yeah, the 128mb x700 certainly has enough to pound through Vista's Aeroglass.....

I am hoping to be able to pick up vista cheap sometime. I really just want to try it out. My real goal is to run almost exclusively in Linux. We'll see how that goes. Its good to see the V6 is still a strong computer.

Yup. The V6 is a sweet lappy, well except for the battery bug =/
