Well, here's the official run. Oddly enough, this was with slightly higher clocks and the CPU was OC'd. The 7k run was at 650mhz core and 950mhz memory and the CPU was stock. Could have some diminishing returns here.

The highest I've gotten individually was 670mhz for the core, and 1010mhz for the memory. The card didn't like putting those two values together, and it started to act up after 660/960. It could also be a cooling issue as I haven't touched the GPU heatsinks since my RMA. I'll take care of that later.

As for the voltage, the BIOS wouldn't allow me to enter a custom value. Rather, it had stages for me to select (.9, 1.0, 1.1 and 1.2). I would have put a more conservative value, but other than random instances of the display driver halting and the increase in heat, it seems to handle 1.2v.

I'll try to OV both GPUs and see where I get later.
ok, this is what i was looking for. to see the impact of the whole test on the run. great score!

I can't wait to get ati cards in my machine ..... Everyone said the ati cards sucked
not going to lie here. i sure said they sucked, but it would appear they wern't in the right users hands....same thing i was preaching back then. when it got all blown out of proportion...lol

just like you and your clocks for the 260m...with out you pushing...everyone would still think they sucked at over clocking...

running both cards wasn't successful. System wouldn't boot up to windows when both GPUs are overvolted. Oh well...

can you boot using powersaver mode or does the over volt just automatically cancel it out.

nope, even with different voltage profiles and booting up with battery mode it won't boot to windows. It will load, but the screen will go black.

well dammn, you got me all excited here ichime. this is real progress here..

ok, so what if you drop the voltage some?
reset the bios back to factory.
    try booting into safe mode.

just throwing out some ideas here.

Tried all that. Conclusion is that two Master VBIOSES @ 1.2v won't boot up, but a Master @ 1.2v and a Slave VBIOS @ 1.2v boots up with no problem.

However, I did a run with both @ 650/950 and I only got 10.7k for the GPU score, haha. Probably drivers since it forced me to go with the older ones, though right after the RMA with a regular Master/Slave setup, Vantage gave me numbers in accordance with the norm.

    I'll investigate.
