To everyone with the GPU-z freezing issue:

Try installing the Catalyst 9.11 beta linked to in Marc's post. It should resolve the problem.

    Hi guys,
Just one question, now it all seems to work great, can we set the cards to master/slave OC using vicious guide or do we have to let them in master/slave original?

    Hi Doope,

are you sure that the cards are flashed to master/slave?
I extract the bios from both cards and i look with the editor at the files.

It seems to be that the new ATI bios both cards are flashed to master/master.

look yourself at the "header" from both cards:

Hi guys, flash/9.10 upgrade done. Everything works ok except GPU-Z but I don't care. I have decent drivers/ccc and I won a few points in 3DM 06 and a few fps in games. So thanks again !

Just one question : I can't find in the bios setup the part related to the graphics cards (agp aperture, crossfire...) Do you know where it is ?

Yeah we can use the modified overclock bios'. Shouldnt cause any issues. Im going to fool around with it later but i have terrible cards to overclock with (or supply cant keep up maybe).

Anyone know the safe voltage/temp for these cards? im thinking about going from 1.1v to 1.15v.

B4lu - you make me happy that i held through with this machine

Anyone with a q9300 and some cards that actually overclock want to try to beat the alienware guys? Im pretty confident that with a few tweaks and some cards that actually overclock (seriously i can only get 5-10mhz on the core over stock on my secondary card before artifacts). I pull 11k gpu score with just a cpu overclock. We could easily pass 12k, i pushed 11.4k when i oced my cards and just ran through the artifacting >.>

The bios for the W90vp has no option for this. You can turn on/off the second card, and that's it

Is there a way to get B4lu's method working without Vista?

Yea but he says the flashing utility only works in Vista, not in Win 7. Any chance it works on Vista VMWare? Anyone dared to try?
