Did you install all these drivers from the original drivers CD?

Why is your memory clock on the 9500M GS here only at 400MHz? The nVidia website says that it is 700MHz at stock. Check here http://www.nvidia.com/object/geforce_9500M.html
Plus I'd push the overclocking to more than that :P
