    I can play BF3 with mid-high settings on 1920x1080 with my G73JH (i7 720, 8GB RAM, 5870) ... FPS is around 50-60FPS, more around 60FPS when I overclock the GPU core by 100 MHz.

OP that does not sound right it still sounds like it is throttling and looking at your temps again that cannot be right even with my mods and repaste attempts and additional cooling on my G73JH I still saw 80oC on MEM(IO) when running Battlefield 3.

Go back in and set the game to high 1080p or 900p (full screen!) depending what screen you are using and run the campaign for 10-15 minutes with HWINFO sensors running in the background and post your results.

It sounds like overheating to me.

HWINFO sensors wont effect your frames at all it has nothing to do with the GPU.

Did you do as I said and run BF3 with all high settings at maximum res full screen for a good 10 minutes in game?

Also your CPU is only drawing 36watts while your cores are at max and on my 720QM it would be flat out drawing 45-48watts with BF3 do you have your power settings set to high performance and your CPU management set to 100%?

I can't play 10 minutes with high settings, my fps is unstable, moving between 35-70
Here are the proof, like i said before when i played BF3 with HWinfo, my fps dropped.

Ok, that is more like it your CPU is drawing 50 watts.

However your GPU is running at 500/1000? It is only hitting 69oC so that is your problem.

Are you running on battery??? If not your GPU is not using high performance or not clocking into 3D Mode.

Go into power settings. Advanced Settings. ATI Graphics Settings at the bottom. Make sure it is set to high performance & on AC power.

I recommend you completely reinstall your drivers as well.

(HWINFO will not be what is affecting your FPS)

.....the second picture does not have any results in it.....can you:

Run Battlefield 3 on AC power at high settings full screen 900p in game for 10 minutes solid with HWINFO sensors in the background.

Then post the screenshot. Make sure you have your power settings to high performance!
