    Without going into loads and draw etc the QM CPU's will clock down depending on how many cores are engaged.

    For instance with mine it is:

    1 core: 3.5ghz
    2 cores: 3.2ghz
    3 cores: 2.8ghz
    4 cores: 2.4ghz

    Okay thanks. I'm using the shareware version of it. Do I need to bother buying the authentication key?

    And will this be a bigger drawing issue for my power adapter? I wish there was a program to measure power draw

    For no apparent reason, it's stopped working. Trixxx opens up, but when I set the mem clock/core sppeds, it reverts back to stock.

    try uninstalling and clean with ccleaner and reinstall .
