Have you tried the mouse in another USB port and in another computer?

it happens with all usb ports but sometimes
right now i am using the mouse and it doesnt disconects

i have tried the mouse also on another computer and it doesnt do that

i am suspecting it has something to do with the usb drivers or that registry hack which disables the touchpad when mouse is inserted but i doubt it would be the second

p.s i also have mini dump file which gave me bluescreen when it started disconecting it like that when i restarted the computer

    i have attached it

I can't analyze that, but i'm sure someone will be able to. Have you tried reinstalling the chipset drivers as the chipset is responsible for USB?

USB port failures, Mouse disconnections, BSOD's, and lockups are some of the symptoms reported when the CPU's of some G73JH and JW systems drop down into lower power mode C-States. Disabling some of these C-States in ThrottleStop provides a workaround for these issues. See G73 Freezing/Crashing Issue - WORKAROUND FOUND for details.

i opened the minidump with bluescreen view it is attached bellow
as far as for the chipset drivers i am using 9.3.0.1020
hopefully they are not for desktop chipsets or someting ...
    device manager reports this
    Generic USB Hub - 6.1.7601.17586
    USB root Hub - 6.1.7601.17586

so it is like those are the default generic drivers from microsoft
can you double check yours ?

You could try setting minimum CPU state to 5% and see what happens.

For a recent problem, using Windows System Restore to restore your system back to a time before the issue occurred may be worthwhile.

I'd also check if the touchpad is re-enabling itself with the USB Mouse still connected.

Does this problem occur after a reboot or only after a Resume from Sleep or Hibernation?

Another possibility is the Mouse is bad, but since the problem is intermittent, it just didn't manifest when you tested it on another computer.

the problem occurs from out of nowhere, today it didn't happened once but it may occur tomorrow or who knows, that's why i cant identify it

in the video i posted goes really mad but usually it doesnt go like that
for example it will disconect then reconect every couple of minutes when it starts doing that and between the cycle the mouse stops so if i play a game it will really me off

Tijo you didn't checked your usb drivers version, can you do that and report here
