    Default G74SX 560m (192 Bit) Overclocking results & Temps

    Just got m G74SX today heres some quick results on stock clock, my AC is set at 74F. OC results,

    Core = 900
    Shader = 1800
    Memory = 1625 <- Maxed out on MSI AFTERBURNER


    Stock Clocks - Furmark 15 minute run @ 720p = 68C
    Overclock - Furmark 15 minute run @ 720p = 70C
    Overclock - Furmark 20 minute run @ 720p = 71C

    Next up will be 3DMARK11 with stock clocks & OC, ohhh yeah i have 8gb of Kingston 1600mhz Ram & a SSD AS511S3-120 GM-C installed now also. The version of 3DMARK11 im using is the free version and im on the original drivers, 268.37. Well SDMARK11 keeps giving me error messages when all the benchmark completes and wont let me view my score so im updating my driver right now.

    my overclocked gtx460m definitly beat yours NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460M video card benchmark result - Intel Core i7 Mobile,ASUSTeK Computer Inc. G53JW score: P2246 3DMarks


    i want to know your results when oveclocked, and compare it to my overclocked gtx460m. i dont think there will be much of a difference.....
    Asus G53JW-XN1 Intel Core i7 740QM 1.73ghz running @ 1.84ghz, 12GB DDR3 RAM, Intel WI-FI 6200 Card, Nvidia Geforce GTX 460m @ 814-1600-1628 ,intel SSD 80GB + 500GB 7200RPM HDD.

    This is the code which 3DMARK11 gives me everytime now??? what does it mean?

    I will Clock my card the exact same as yours tommorow night, i think it will be interesting but right now i need to figure out what the hecks going on with 3DMARK11 and the error which it keeps giving me. '.', hexadecimal value 0x00, is an invalid character. still giving this to me, i will try to fix it tonight. rest of the results i will post tommorow night.

    I think it's only normal that your OC can beat his stock although not by much . Anyway, 3DMark 11 OC'd I'm getting P2532, YMMV. I'm sure other G74 scores are higher.

    @OP what version of 3Dmark11 are you using? have you got the latest drivers? you say your on original drivers try updating.

    P.s Its all about ATI ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5870 video card benchmark result - Intel Core ix,ASUSTeK Computer Inc. G73Jh score: P2915 3DMarks

    how THE F did you get your cpu to ~2600 ?!?!?!!??!

    also we have almost the exact clocks why would get a higher resaults ?

    pfff and now i have something to think about and need to fix ........

    P2915! That's some serious arsekickin'. But OC'ing a G73JH to reach that high will scare the crap outta me . What are your temps?
