ok, thanks for all of the advice. Yea I want to use Windows 7 Pro on here.

After installing it, and updating it I have only 2 problems.

    1) Turbo Boost driver from Asus.com does not work. I get the error "this computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing the software". If anyone knows how to get around this to help me, that would be great.

    2) The sound driver from the Asus website does not work with my Best Buy 05 model. Got some errors when installing. So im kinda having sound issues.

Other than that, everything seems perfect i'd really like to get this Turbo Boost figured out because I hate having buttons on the laptop that do not function.

Well, that is, if you don't insist on using Pro.
Will that work with Win 7 Enterprise also?

Ugh i really need the proper drivers for this thing.....

My touchpad is going crazy, my Turbo Boost button isnt working, and it sounds like my left side speaker is alot louder than my right side.

I don't have the G73JH, so I can't say for certain, but on desktops, you'll need to enable Turbo mode in the BIOS before Turbo Boost can work.

wheres the turbo mode in the bios 206?

I've enabled the 'Turbo overclock' option or whatever its called (the 2 options are turbo and normal).
Still cant install the turbo driver from the cd or asus website.

Clean win7 install, with chipset and Ati 10.3 vid drivers...nothing else installed yet.

    cheers
