I ordered this laptop from amuras (i'm sure everyone here knows about the $1,299 deal that was going on at the time) on 11/14/2006 and received the laptop on 11/27/2006. the laptop is in excellent condition and is good as new. there are no blemishes whatsoever. there are no dead pixels. it works perfectly and there are no cosmetic damages. I bought this laptop mainly for gaming but i decided it would be my best interest to focus on school. the laptop has been used _very_ lightly as i was busy w/ finals until mid december. the business class nc8430 comes with standard 3 year warranty and it will end on 11/14/2009. i will ship as soon as i receive payment.
this is no BS sale. everything is stated as is. this laptop is as good as new hence why i'm charging as much as i am. i believe this is a fair deal, a good deal for both parties as i have (as a seller) other fees for ebay and paypal that i must deduct out of my own pocket.
**the price will NOT be negotiable because i firmly this is a good deal even if it's now considered "used."
