Default help pls!

i have ibm notebook 380xd,when i boot it i can not go to bios since someone set up a tool preveting user to access bios. To boot OS windows ME the computer require me giving a FDD. Pls tell me how I can [V]remove its tool and go to BIOS for repair boot setting option.
