Default 1GB VAIO SZ Memory - PC2-4200
I hope I'm not breaking any forum rules here, but I'm getting rid of the 1GB factory RAM from my SZ260 since I upgraded to 2GB. It's up on ebay here: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...MESE%3AIT&rd=1

The reason I upgraded to 2GB is because I use Virtual PC a lot and 1GB is just not enough for 2 or more VM's. Even with the 1.8 Core Duo the system runs great. I love this thing and I keep getting compliments to how good it looks.

I never sold these....I didn't think $90 is too much to ask for 1GB of barely used PC2-4200 DDR2 RAM. If anyone out there is still interested just let me know.
