I need brand new or hardly used with no scratches.
Requirement:
1.7GHz Pentium M / Core Duo 1.6Hz or higher
15 or 15.4 inch screen
1GB RAM
60GB or more HDD
Video at least Intel GMA900 Graphics (or any other 128MB card, can use shared memory)
DVD-RW

Actually Dell Inspiron E1505 would be great
In eBay it cost ~$720, I can offer up to $850

I'm always paying with my Credit Card via PayPal.
I have ebay account, 100% feedback, all feedbacks from sellers (... and I have bought not some stuff for few bucks ).
Main problems is that I'm from Europe... So I can't find seller in eBay who can send laptop outside USA.

If you talking about shipping service so it can be USPS (United Stated Postal Service). I got one item from USA within 7 or 8 days. It was sent by USPS Airmail Parcel Post with Tracking Number. So I think it's pretty good and cheap service.
