Default Help me select adequate TV for $900USD

Hey guys i am looking to buy a HD TV and sizes i am looking for are from 32-42, my max budget is $900USD, please give me some good links with TV's from reputable companies for that price range, here is one that I am debating on buying, i am planning to purchase this today.

The link doesnt work, and could you define adequate; what will you be doing on it?

Also, IMO 900 is a tight budget for a good 32in+ tv (1080p, high viewing angles, low response time)

You can get brand new HDTV's at 42" for $750 on eBay BRAND NEW. I am ready to buy a excellent Philips or Panasonic HDTV 42" for about $600-$700 brand new.

Resolution (720p or 1080p?)
