Default [just advice] Selling Sony SZ1XP

Hi,

I was wondering if its a good deal to sell my Sony SZ1XP Premium for 800 Euro's / 1.210 USD

It was a new laptop when i bought it 2 years ago for about 2200+ Euro's / 3.300+ USD

The laptop is just working as normal apart from the defect battery and the system only seeing 1 proc. instead of 2 in the task manager

Whats the advice? Keep a laptop for misc. work and buy the new one.
Or sell it off for less then half of what was paid before.

Well for that price, I don't know. I'd say sell it off if you can. Maybe get a new battery before selling.

hmm.... in my eyes, i just think its a 'waste' to just sell it off for that price.

But then again, if i look around... there are newer models that are around the 1000 euro's and ofcourse would appeal more.

Sigh - i guess this is the general dilemma with computers. Its top when you buy it in the store, and its already stone age when you get home...
