Default Just wondering if this seems "fair"

Hello, I'm just wondering if anyone believes this would be a fair transaction/trade. I have an IFL90 and while I do need something on the road, it isn't exactly for gaming, more just web related things. So I was wondering, would this trade be reasonable,
My IFL90
2.4 ghz core 2 duo
1680x1050 matte screen
2gb ram
120gb Hitachi 7200rpm hdd (also have UNOPENED 60GB HDD, 5400 rpm)
512MB nvidia 8600 GT
XP SP 2
wi-fiA/G/N
cd/dvd burner

for

Asus EEEPC 4g non-surf & gaming desktop (would like quad core, 200gb hd, same gfx card or better, but could probably settle for specs that match the laptop)

Anyways, just wondering if thats even a plausible/reasonable trade, otherwise I'll keep my ifl90 because i do love it to death but i think id be better off with a diff setup.

Thanks for your time

depending on the desktop specs, seems like a good trade. getting a much more portable road laptop that you don't use for gaming anyways and a good desktop to use at home.

if you prefer ultra portable and desktop to a 'normal' laptop then it sounds like a fair deal. if you use your laptop more than desktop then having a bigger screen may be a better option. it's personal preference really.

Have you seen an Eee in person? It's really small, that's why I mention it... smaller than you might be thinking if you haven't seen one. I call it the "baby laptop". However, if you need something to take everywhere and you don't mind the tiny keyboard and small screen and not too much computing power... then it's perfect.

I do think the trade would be good if you do most computing at your desk and want something tiny to take all over the place.
