Default Asus G1S almost new $900

Hey everyone, im kind of in need of some cash so im looking for a quick sale of my laptop(s) I bought this lappy in december, ive seriously used it no more then 40 times, a total of less then 24 hours no exaggeration, still under the 1year warranty. Im sure everyone here knows the G1S but for just in case: http://techgage.com/article/asus_g1s...ing_notebook/5 If someone wants it i'll setup a quicky ebay auction with a detailed listing and pics of the laptop with everything included (which i'll be posting here soon) i'll most likely do it the typical ebay way with a Buy It now and paypal payment.

This laptop the G1S is ahead of its time, the construction quality is solid the exterior material is a reflective scratch resistant gun metal elegant and expensive looking. Using the 2nd generation of laptop 8xxx series graphics cards that sip power and provide desktop like performance this laptop is a great all around future proof package. If youre in the market for a G1S this is the best deal along with being setup much better then the factory it will never run faster or more stable then when im done with it. Specs are: Intel T7300 2Ghz cpu, nVidia 8600Gt 2gb 667mhz Ram, 15.4" WXGA+, DVD-RW, 802.11N (increased range) Wifi, bluetooth 2.0, 1.3webcam. very solidly built and portable.

i find myself not using the laptop, i dont go many places and i dont play many games. I got this to replace my A8JS which i STILL havnt sold yet! if anyone wants i would give a great deal on a quick sale of both laptops just make me an offer both will be setup, reformatted and packaged like new with boxes and everything included. Check my ebay name, Chezouff http://search.ebay.com/_W0QQsassZchezouffQQhtZ-1 email me through it if you'd like.

The Asus A8JS is a more portable version of the G1S. Before getting the G1S this laptop was my favorite, its very fast with its T7200 Cpu and Geforce 7700Gpu w/ 512mb Ram. Its a great performer amongst laptops, faster then most laptops that werent nearly as portable. Amongst its similar sized 14" and even the 15" notebooks nothing else offered even close to the same speed with even the much more expensive XPS Variant not coming close to the Geforce 7700. The ASUS A8JS has a T7200 Cpu, 2gb Ram, nVidia GeforceGo 7700, DVDRW, 100GB hd, 14.4" (widescreen) lcd, 802.11G, bluetooth, (i'm including bluetooth wireless mouses with both notebooks). This laptop is very fast stock but the biggest advantage is that the 7700 can be overclocked to to more then 40% faster running stable and ASUS makes this easy.

http://techgage.com/article/asus_a8j...reen_notebook/

I can set both of them up with XP. I'm very good at configuring XP to run as fast as possible. And and its easy to give it the appearance of Vista. I'm always tweaking XP for myself or friends, or reformatting and reinstalling XP (the nuclear option) and setting it up so its fast, stable and looks good. I set the video cards to run fast with a good MODEST overclock that leaves room for more and if requested i will install my games like Bioshock, Crysis, Scarface, C&C3, and i know i have more. Also i have a Gps bluetooth reciever i will include with either laptop along with MS Streets & Trips07 (herein: S&T). This combo is cool, take the laptop with you put the gps reciever on your dash. S&T will linkup with GPS tell you where you are, how fast youre going!, and if you'd like how to get there. Its a lot better then any car setup.

if anyones interested in one of these notebooks let me know, i'll send a much more detailed listing. A picture of everything and lists and pictures of how Xp will be setup and what will be included.

Sorry if this isnt where im supposed to be posting this its been awhile since ive posted here. I am going to be listing them soon on ebay but when i make an ebay auction i take days to make the listing, everything has to be just right. I make em good and usually get over what the going rate is. I use detailed listing, good pictures and knowledge of what im selling help to raise the bidding. I'm good at tweaking these things for performance and stability, removing all the useless bloat that typically comes with an XP install. Setting the operating system to run the fastest, removing pointless scripts and services speeding up the startup while at the same time installing a few gateway programs to protect and monitor the pc without slowing it down.

email me through it if you'd like, and check the feedback especially the most recent one and you'll see why im selling. I sold a sony wireless lcd-tv in december to a customer in Canada. Well the item got lost or something it was the first time it ever happened to me, the buyer informed me he didnt recieve the item and i went nuts trying to find it but the post office was no help so i refunded the money $500 which put me in the hole, my account was negative for afew days and that cost me even more. So while i can pay my bills i really could use some extra cash now, and i just dont use these laptops enough to keep em.

If that story worries you about buying something from me, just check my feedback 377 transactions and never a problem. I pride myself on my ebay name, i'd never rip anyone off or make someone feel as if they were cheated. I dont know exactly what i did wrong with shipping that package but i paid for it. I packaged up that lcd and shipped it like normal ive shipped to Canada many times. When you ship to Canada you need to get all these shipping and customs labels and put them in a clear envelope taped to the box so they can be taken out reviewed and put back in. One big mistake i made was not also writing the shipping address on the package i just used the attached shipping labels but if for some reason the envelope gets peeled off (which is very rare but with miles of conveyor belts transferring packages over and over it can happen) then theirs no way to see where my package was going, and this was around Christmas. I dont know what happened but that spending $500 to fix it really stung and i will never let something like that happen again.

Anyways let me know! email me through my ebay name if you'd like.

You need to read the BST Rules and try again.

sorry its been awhile since ive posted, im reading em now. im going to post a pic soon.... gotta list payment method for that im planning on using Ebay and Paypal. So a potential buyer emails me agreeing to the price i confirm with him that ill setup an ebay auction with a buy it now and as soon as i list it email the buyer with the listing. He buys it and then we proceed like a normal ebay auction. I would prefer a registered paypal address to send payment it will make the whole transaction much faster and reliable but i could take other forms if we talk about it ahead of time.

if anyones interested i was tossing around the idea of trying for a quick sale of $1600 for both laptops. A quick low price for both so i wont have to promote these laptops or take more pictures anymore and i can start on reformatting, reinstalling and tweaking them. The person would have to be in the US and in good standing with Paypal, we'd do a quickie ebay auction.

Yes and put a piece of paper with your username written on it, to prove ownership. Thank you!

So is it the A8JS or the G1S that we're buying for $900? You have descriptions and pics of both.
