just bought it about a week ago, will sell for $100

The card comes with everything that it came with new including manuals and driver cd's
I thought I would get more use out of it but I realized that sound really makes no difference to me, the main reason for getting it was so I could watch my NetFlix movies in 5.1, but I ended up using my headset more often, so its kind of pointless for me to have.
