Default FS: Sony HDR-CX7 High Definition (True 1080i) Handycam Camcorder - Less than one month old

Hi, all!

Please review my eBay feedback and be confident in doing business with me. I can also provide references from other forums (Craigslist Atlanta, Aximsite, MobilityToday, NotebookReview, TabletPCReviewSpot, Racketboy). I also have a Heatware
account
, though it was just recently created.

So, why are you selling?
There are a couple of reasons. I bought the camera and took some footage over the holidays. It was sort of an impulse purchase (no interest+no finance sort of thing...I ain't made of money! ). I also have a camera (Canon Powershot S3 IS) that takes video at a high enough quality for me to be satisfied. More than that, I've just paid for >$2000 of dental work that was totally unexpected. That's more of an impetus to sell. Having said that, I'm not in a severe crunch, so please don't bother if you wish to lowball.

The camera was purchased from a local Circuit City on 15 December 2007. I paid $1023 for the camera (excluding taxes). The photos show the receipt.

The camera records to Memory Stick flash media. The camera can shoot video in True 1080i (1920x1080) resolution at 60fps! I love the videos I've shot, so parting will be a little of the proverbial sweet sorrow. The thing is so small that it could fit in the side pocket of my cargo pants. I'm 6'4" 250lbs, though, so my pants might be a little larger than average

The camera is in absolute mint condition. There are no scratches, scuffs, dings, nicks or any other physical imperfections. It includes all accessories that ship with the camera (Docking cradle, installation media, documentation, component cables, USB cable, composite cables, remote control, etc.)

Price, payment, shipping, etc.
$775 - Includes UPS Ground shipping with insurance. PayPal fees are also covered in that price should you choose to pay that way. I've looked around at the major big-box and online retailers, and I'm trying to price aggressively against them.

The Sony camera case shown in the photos can be had for an additional $30. I'm not yet sure if I wish to sell the case, but please inquire about this along with the camera if interested in both.

Regarding PayPal, I accept PayPal (VERIFIED members with CONFIRMED shipping addresses only. I'll ship the item same-day upon receipt of a successful payment.

I live in the Atlanta area and can meet locally at a public place. We must agree to the final amount, tender and location prior to meeting.

Send me a PM through the board. You can also contact me via email, AOL IM, Yahoo IM or phone. Just ask for my contact details.
