looking for a 512 or 1gb stick of ddr 333..

anyone have an old one laying around they will sell cheap?? lmk its for my sister in law who doesnt want to upgrade just yet so im just bumping her ram ahd hdd up a bit to last her a bit longer she only has 256 now. thanks

i have a 256mb .....just replaced it with a 1GB the other day

wow sorry i forgot to add i need it for a DESKTOP. its for my sister in laws older computer. she wants me to update it to vista but she only has 256mb right now. so im really looking for a 1gb stick if possible. and yes ddr @ 333 is what it needs
