Want to buy: Anything with decent graphics.
So I'm looking for a laptop with at least 1 GB of ram, 60 GB hard drive and a decent graphics card. Looking to pay $600 tops. Tell me what you got.
Also will buy from Europe. I'm in England, but my dad lives in Miami and he's coming here soon so I'm in the unique position that I can deal locally on both continents for those squeamish to ship overseas.
Tell me what you got.
I have perfect ebay feedback as both buyer and seller: jbraham22
Lets hear what you've got to offer.

Re: Want to buy: Anything with decent graphics.
you could check out the laptop in my sig. it plays games great with the x700 card. It has 2 gb ram and 100 gb hard drive.
although i'm selling for $800 obo, reasonable offers will be considered, though i can't go too much lower.

Re: Want to buy: Anything with decent graphics.
I have a 3 week old Thinkpad R61 with the nvidia quadro nvs 140m gpu (basically an 8400GS, scores over 3000 in 3dMark05) but was thinking a little more than $600.
If you decide that you want to spend a little more, let me know.

I looked at yours earlier. I might be able to stretch to $700 but that would depend on how much shipping would cost.

Re: Want to buy: Anything with decent graphics.
According to another post I saw here, the Quadro isnt good for actual gaming. Its based on the GeForce but optimised for CAD applications.

Re: Want to buy: Anything with decent graphics.
Well it scores just as well in "gaming" benchmarks as an 8400GS, so that's what it's equal to in terms of gaming power.

Re: Want to buy: Anything with decent graphics.
So I'm considering several offers right now but all are over my $600 limit. Doesnt anyone have anything to offer in my actual range?
