Check the RAM Deals thread in the Tech Deals forum. It should have something for Canada, though most of the deals listed are for the US. 4GB of notebook RAM is going for like $190-210 US, to give an idea.
o got 2 2gb stick of patriot from newegg.. they were 94 each then each had a 20$ rebate making them 74$ each id def look around and look at newegg..i love newegg never had a single issue with them

either of those 2 will work great i personally like ocz memory thats a great price for them also i would grab those asap..no you dont have to buy a matched pair just get 2 separate sticks...and also dont worry about the 5400 vs 5300 some vendors just round up in numbers and others round down.. grab those ocz's...
