It is my understanding that each serial key for that game can only be activated once. I don't think a resell of that game is even possible. You might want to do some research to see if I am wrong, but I imagine everyone on this forum would share my assumption.

Serial activation has been upgraded to allow 5 times.

I don't think it dose but if it did it'd probably have key checks as you get on whatever multiplayer. I cant beleave they still put all that secureROM crap in the Steam edition too. Freaking overkill...

If he uninstalls the game first its free to install into another computer, and it can be on up to two computers at any one time.

I'll buy this from you if its still for sale when I get paid friday this week.
