Default Price Check: Desktop AMD64 2.4GHz, 7800GS

Hey all, I have this desktop computer that I am looking to sell so that I may buy a new laptop! (Maybe T61p, 6224w...) I don't know how much I should ask, so suggestions would be great! The following is what I posted in my school classifieds forum:

I am selling my old desktop because I am getting a new one!

Specs:

PROCESSOR: AMD Athlon 64 3700+, 2.4GHz, 1MB cache. Product spec here.

MEMORY: 768MB total; 512MB PC3200, 256MB PC2100

HARD DRIVE: 120 GB, 7200RPM, 8MB cache. Product spec here.

OPTICAL DRIVES: 16x DVD-ROM drive, Sony 32x 10x 4x CD/RW drive. Product spec here.

MOTHERBOARD: Abit KU8 ULi. Product spec here.

VIDEO CARD: TWO OPTIONS: nVidia Ti4200, 64MB Product spec here(but mine is the 64mb version). OR EVGA 7800GS 256MB (One of the best AGP cards on the market) Product link here.
CUSTOM PAINTED CASE:

Looking for offers. Let me know what video card you want in your offer.
Note: With the 7800gs, I can play Bioshock at High settings at 1024*768. This is a very nice gaming machine with that card in.

Thanks for looking!
Drew

You'll probably be better off selling the 7800gs separately, and trying for $250 on the rest.

ok this is how i see it:

with the 7800: try starting at $500-600 and let ppl talk it down a little if they are gonna bargain

without the 7800: try starting at $300 and then, again, let ppl talk it down. and sell the 7800 for ~$130

PS: this is how the prices are around for the computer market up here in canada for those kind of specs, so down in the US it might be different, but do take in consideration my points.

these sound about right for the US but if you sell it on ebay maybe start it at like $700 beacuse since it has a custom case someone without a lot of computer knowledge would pay more for it

Thanks for all of the replies! And this would help finance a t61p, not pay for it in full!
