Default Vista Business Upgrade-never used or activated- Non OEM

Guys,

I have a 32-bit Vista Business Upgrade. I recd. it as an upgrade to XP pro on a laptop that I bought but never used or activated it since I was comfortable working with XP.

Per the manf (Winbook), this is a non-OEM DVD and so should work with any PC/Notebook. (Please confirm by contacting Winbook www.winbook.com for your peace of mind! Its a brand made by Microcenter which also makes Powerspecs.)

I can accept Paypal/MO/CC/Cash (if local to the Minneapolis area) but I will ship only after the payment clears. This sells for $175 outside.

My ebay feedback is here: http://myworld.ebay.com/vencatr

Asking $135OBO...but make an offer

It is an OEM if you got it as part of the XP->Vista upgrade program way back last year. Are you sure it is non-OEM?

If the box doesn't look like this,

then it is OEM.
