Is this from an upgrade promotion (from a previous OS)? Has it been used or installed or activated?

If it has been activate i don't think you can legally sell it since the key is binded to the Computer it was activated on. *shrugs*

There is still the option that you can change the product key too right? Besides, the laptop that had that version of Vista on it was stolen from me, so I think that the robber might have cleaned my hard drive and installd XP again. I bought another laptop with Vista already on it and that one was Vista capable not Vista pre-installed. I can take cash or cheque orders.
