Default whats the chance of a DOA

If buying on ebay whats the chance of a laptop (factory sealed) being DOA?

DOA = dead on arrival I assume...don't think that's a commonly known acronym btw.

There are no statistics for such a thing, just look for the user feedback on a seller, if they're a power seller with good feedback and offer some type of warranty or have a warranty direct from the manufacturer they purchased from then if it is DOA then you can use the warranty to go through the mfr. to get the issue resolved.
