Default My MacBook Pro shocks me, literally!

This is a link to the electrical problem I keep mentioning around here. Is this enough to have it returned/replaced? It's really irritating!

Interesting. Maybe I have had that then. I just thought it was my forearm nerve going weird. It only seems to happen when mines on my glass table and my forearm is moving across it. It only happens above the dvd drive. Unsure if it happens when it's unplugged though.

Weird. I guess you are picking up electrostatic charge, which then is discharged via the metal finish of the macbook pro. If it is so, then it is not the notebook's fault. If is actually the notebook which is generating a discharge, then you may have a reason to return it, but it's pretty difficult to be certain.

Yeah, again, I've only noticed this like, 3 times. Come to think of it though, I think I was also sitting on the floor.

using the three prong will ground it, getting rid of the shock problem.

Thats a big negative. It happens with the 3 prong. At least, I think I was using the 3 prong. I don't normally use the 2 prong one at home.
