    Default Disabling Chrome's arrow overlay

I've done some searching and haven't been able to find an answer. Is there any way to disable the arrow overlay in Chrome on OS X? I actually would prefer to use Chrome over Firefox, but that stupid arrow popup is really annoying. If there's some kind of file I can modify or a script/extension out there, I'd love to know about it.

Two-finger swipe to go backward or forward. Whenever you do this, a left or right arrow pops up as the page transitions.

Is that the white arrow in the middle of the page? I thought I saw it in firefox as well, though not so much in safari.

I agree that it's really annoying in OS X because there is a tendency for it to happen when I intended to just scroll left or right on the page

Bingo. Guess I'll have to wait for Firefox 14 as that's when Lion full screen support is slated for official implementation.
