    One more caveat...
I think I had to transfer some document files manually. For this, you can just use the TM backup.

    Currently using:
MacBook Air 13" mid 2012 2 GHz Core i7 8GB 512 GB SSD Mountain Lion & Windows 7 via Parallels
MacBook Air 13" mid 2011 1.8GHz Core i7 4GB 256 GB SSD Lion & Ubuntu Linux via Fusion
    MacBook Air 11.6" late 2010 1.6 GHZ, 320M, 4GB 180 GB SSD Upgraded OWC), OS X Lion

Me too, well not exactly but I did sell my Asus G60JX to get my 2010 MacBook Pro 13". Still use Asus for my motherboards for my gaming desktops though.

A review of a neat black MBP sleeve by Macally, seems to be sleek and functional as well..

I looked through this thread and found Bigspins picture of the different Apples. And yes, it did bring back some fond memories of days bygone...

Just for the fun of it, I did a list of all the Apples I've owned. When I went to college, there was this guy a couple of years older who had a Macintosh (and we're talking 1989, just before the "cheap" Macs came along). It was a Macintosh SE (two floppy version, no HD) which had cost him close to $3000. Oh, how cool this was! I was never going to be able to buy one, so I bought magazines which I read cover to cover and dreamt away...

However, a couple of years later, I was lucky enough to persuade my mother to part with the money for my first Mac in 1993.

    LCII
    Performa 6200
    IIxi
    PowerBook 100
    Classic
    Classic II
    PowerMac 7500
    PowerMac G3 (Yosemite)
    iMac
    iBook G4 12"
PowerBook Titanium G4 (missing keys, sold within a week)
    MacBook 2010

For some reason I was able to stumble upon just about every Road Apple there was. The big prize for the worst input designs goes to iMac - the keyboard and that mouse - it took away a lot of my love for Apple design, coming from the older style ADB keyboards and mice. Fondest memories are from the iBook 12" - such a sweet little thing. And it played WoW too.

In hindsight I have wasted a huge amount of money and time on changing around like there's no tomorrow. But it was a lot of fun, too, so I suppose it was worth it.

certainly more sleek and functional than the WordPress template they chose for the website.
