M11x to M18x light sync question
Does syncing the alienware laptops to music kill the lights because the lights are constantly being activated and deactivated and changing color? Like i know that LED last for 100,000 hours or 11 years till there only 70% of there original brightness but does continual lighting and darkening corrode them faster?

Re: M11x to M18x light sync question
It is not a single LED that is changing color. There have to be multiple. So that is out of the question.
LEDs are only damaged by excess current. And, of course, after several years as you have stated. Rapidly switching them on or off shouldn't damage them.Alienware M17xR4 | Intel Core i7 3610QM | AMD 7970m | 12GB @1600 | Crucial M4 128GB + 500GB @7200rpm | Killer Wireless
