I sent a PM on Thursday or Friday and got a call back, but the rep said he could only work with Canadian buyers and that he would forward me to a U.S. rep. I haven't heard back from him, though; just wanted to make sure it didn't fall through the cracks.

I'm happy to introduce 2 new members to NBR from the Dell/Alienware sales organization. One of the guys is out on vacation today, but the other is ready to roll. This will be the thread they use to accept quote requests and customers in need of assistance. They may or may not go out and post on other threads, but if they do, it won't be to sell something. Wow so much love already, Sorry for the late entry guys. Bill thinks I was on vacation but actually I just spent a week out in LA at E3. Was such a blast doing interviews and showing off the Alienware systems. We dominated the floor with over 400 systems between the new laptop refreshes and the Aurora's and X51's. I'll get some pics as soon as I get the chance.

Like the man said we're here to help. Go ahead and continue PMing Rachid@Dell for today while I get my PM rights and I'll be happy to be here for you.
