Microsoft .NET framework errors

I formatted my computer and just causally thinking I could just install the CC and it would work but NOOOO! It caused Microsoft .NET framework errors whenever I turn on my computer.
Error says:

It was completely blank when it worked and it looked like this :

The error whenever I opened the program
The program not being displayed with the customization of the program (USELESS)

How do you fix it ?

Hello, apples443, please see HERE on how to properly uninstall and reinstall Command Center.

Also, make sure you have .NET Framework 4 installed before installing CC !

Everything is working fine and even the alien sense is working fine but the alien fx still isnt work ):

This is not a totally uncommon issue. I've had the same thing a time or two over the past few years. It's a software issue.

Uninstall AlienFX Command Center and Alienware OSD. Reboot. Run CCleaner's registry maintenance tool several times until it fixes all errors and finds no more.

Reboot again. Reinstall/repair .Net 4 again, then reinstall OSD and AlienFX Command Center after following the instructions in Katalin's link about deleting old files.

Problem was that bios was A01 and not A04
and my service tag download drivers were not updated
