I doubt it. You will almost certainly have to order from the website (call by phone though so you can negotiate price!!!)

Pick what you want on the Dell site and send your customization link to:

Alienware Sales Assistance (Live) for US and Canada. Upgrade and New system purchases.

one of their e-mails and you'll get a quote if you live in the US/CAN.

Otherwise, call and bargain/haggle. Reps outside US/CAN can get talked down 10%~ on average of the listed price (in rare cases, a little more).

Fry's Electronics does, too. But, there is no negotiation on price or specifications. For anyone that has not had the pleasure of handling one, that's a great way to see how awesome they are before you buy one. It will certainly make a person want one even more. It's also cool that you can see/touch first-hand why the other gaming laptops (such as the Asus G-series) seriously pales in comparison. The Alienware haters, for the most part, hate out of ignorance.

Some people in the past called me an idiot because I overpaid for a gaming laptop and no matter how hard I tried explaining to them the reasons why, they will not listen to me. Whatever, I love mine M17x -R2 and so far the laptop is problem free. I hope M17x r2 can be upgrade with 7970/7990 (crossfire) or 680(sli) in the future!

I would say an alienware lappy would be worth the price for the performance it gives. Desktop's on the other hand i'd rather just build it myself.

But I would call someone an idiot if they just wanted to buy a alienware for the "pretty lights" and not for the gaming factor. That would just be rather silly. :P (not saying that's why you did, I just actually know someone who want's an alienware desktop cause its "pretty" and i feel.. that's a rather dumb purchase)
